3 pound butter unsalted
1-1/2 tablespoon salt
3/4 tablespoon while pepper

Cash lam Pullman bread cut half , and eyes ball
Cut half  4 way
Pre cook 5" , 350 temperature
cook butter and mix  all the salt and pepper
and mix to the croutons , mix very good
After mix, turn the oven 225 , cook 15"
And turn oven 350 temperature , wait until the
croutons turn yellows , to done,,,,,,,,
